Your lunch break called. It wants you back.

Here's a little habit I'm loving: the 10-minute post-lunch walk.
Not a power walk. Not another fitness goal. Just ten minutes away from your desk, moving your body and giving your brain a change of scenery.
There's some interesting research behind it, too. Walking after a meal may help reduce blood sugar spikes.
But my favourite benefit? It's a reminder that not every minute of the workday needs to be productive.
This week's challenge: Take one proper lunch break, eat something delicious, and head outside for ten minutes afterward.
Consider it a meeting with yourself. And this one doesn't need an agenda.
